Darrel Anderson serves as President of US Financial Services Group. In this position, Anderson oversees worldwide corporate performance, solution development and management of USFSG's sales organization.
Anderson held the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for TSYS Acquiring Solutions, a worldwide payment processor and merchant acquirer. He also served as Vice President of Sales for SITEL Worldwide, a global business process outsourcing leader and worked with clients such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC and Capital One. He also held a number of senior leadership positions with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), a leading North American financial institution, including management roles in issuing, acquiring, payments, product development, marketing and channel management and was a member of the Board of Directors of CARIFS (Caribbean Integrated Financial Systems Network) and of CariCard Services Ltd. Mr. Anderson earned the prestigious FICB designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
Kevin C. Treider serves as Chief Financial Officer of US Financial Services Group. In this position, Treider oversees corporate financial governance.
Treider is co-inventor of electronic factoring; a patented business process and software solution adopted by the Bank of New York and GMAC Commercial Credit for marketplace and trade show providers such as Purchase Pro, AOL and Miller Freeman. Treider has held the positions of President and Chairman of Profitscape, Inc., Vice President of Treider & Co. CPA's, President of Pay Tech Payroll and Bank Director of InterAmerica National Bank and I Bank State bank. His international experience includes work in Asia and the Middle East. Treider holds a BS degree in finance from USC.
Julie M. Borges is the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder of US Financial Services Group. In this position, Borges oversees all marketing, strategic partnerships, brand, trademark and patent development.
Borges is co-inventor of electronic factoring; a patented business process and software solution adopted by the Bank of New York and GMAC Commercial Credit for marketplace and trade show providers such as Purchase Pro, AOL and Miller Freeman. Borges has held the position of Executive Vice President and co-founded Simplêfy, a tier one registered ISO with First Data Corporation. Borges developed the trademark, the business philosophy and developed the marketing and sales strategy which generated over $1.2 billion in merchant processing in three years. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of Profitscape, Inc., President of Ocean Pacific (OP) Factory Outlets, Chief Executive Officer of Quiksilver Factory Outlets, and Branch Manager of ITT Financial Services. Borges holds a degree in Business Management with Honors and is Certified in Property and Casualty Insurance.
H. Stan Johnson Esq. serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of US Financial Services Group. In this position, he oversees legal, corporate compliance, corporate security and has administrative oversight of the company's risk management.
Johnson brings extensive management experience involving a wide range of industries including financial products, real estate, manufacturing, consumer products and retail. Johnson held management and board of director positions in both startup companies and established public companies. He served six years as Secretary, General Counsel and Director of a publicly held company. In addition to Johnson's business and management experience, he is a practicing partner in the law firm CJD Law Group, LLC. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a J.D. Graduate Degree from Brigham Young University; J. Reuben Clark School of Law. |
